We often say that we are profoundly grateful for every opportunity that comes our way, especially those that bring us back to our roots. Towards the end of the pandemic, as the world began to open up again, we had the privilege of shooting Anilao Awari Bay Beach Hotel and Resort. Documenting a beautiful coastal property right here in our home province of Batangas made the project feel incredibly special. It was a refreshing breath of fresh air and a brilliant reminder of the world-class destinations located just within our reach.
This initial collaboration was just the beginning of a fantastic relationship, as the resort soon booked us again for a comprehensive property update and a dedicated restaurant shoot. For our team, this extended project was the perfect avenue to showcase our versatility. While we always bring our signature cinematic approach to aerial, landscape, and architectural photography, Anilao Awari Bay allowed us to seamlessly expand our visual narrative into lifestyle and food photography. By capturing a model enjoying the infinity pool and styling the vibrant culinary offerings, we were able to tell a more complete, inviting story of the guest experience.
Beyond the creative execution, this assignment was genuinely enjoyable because we were invited to stay and fully immerse ourselves in the Anilao Awari Bay experience. Experiencing the exceptional hospitality, the stunning ocean views, and the relaxing atmosphere firsthand naturally translated into the vibrant, authentic images we produced. As specialized property and real estate photographers, we know that capturing the true essence of a resort requires more than just documenting its structures; it requires capturing the feeling of being there.
